Assasins seem to be rather common in the villain world, since they're, well, villains. However, the only one that is repeatedly mentioned by name is the lethal assasin Raven, who is works for Dr. Nero and is feared worldwide.
There is little to no information regarding how the majority of assasins are trained, since the Henchmen stream seems to focus more on brute strength than more assasin-like things like martial arts, and Raven was trained in a very top-secret, specialized Russian facility operated by Anastasia and Pietor Furan, seemingly without knowledge of the Russian government.
